Would you like to support our work? We are seeking ways to offset the costs of our Palaestra summer programs, so that Virginiensis and Michiganensis participants pay the same, affordable registration fee.

We also welcome support for our troop of Latin scholars doubling as actors and for our tibicen, R. W. Enoch, who composed original music to accompany Aloysius’ Neo-Latin comedy, Adelphae. We have now performed it once at the international competition called Thalia, and we are seeking opportunities to present it again, in full or in part, at conferences or elsewhere. The play is loosely based on Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility, while the meters are those of Terence and Plautus. For more information, see the tab “Adelphae,” above.
